HISTORY: Provincial and Territorial Construction Safety Associations have been established to meet their local needs to provide contractors with quality safety information, resources and training. A gathering of the established Construction Safety Associations and those embarking on creating one their province/territory began meeting annually in the early 1990’s.
CFCSA members continue to meet on an annual basis. Generally accepted practice is to have the “host” Construction Safety Association act as the chair for the meeting and to be the initial contact of CFCSA inquiries in the year leading up to the annual meeting.
CFCSA 2010 Meeting will be held in Ontario, with Roy O’Rourke, General Manager with the Construction Safety Association of Ontario as Chair.
